Development of the new Gothenburg

Lindholmen Science Park is a part of the Norra Älvstranden region, where a new district of 60,000 people is evolving. The Municipality of Göteborg is responsible for the physical expansion by its wholly owned company, Älvstranden Utveckling AB.

Since its start in the year 2000 the area has grown rapidly every year. The expansion continues during 2012 with the construction start of the new hotel and parking garage. Read more about the expansions at Lindholmen here.

Lindholmen Science Park is an area that stretches from the SVT building in the east to Campus Lindholmen in the west.
